The website purports 24 hour service. Now I don't expect a call at 2am but when I have a problem with a case, I'd expect a reply quickly. . That didn't happen. On multiple occurrences. They have a slick operation. But buyer beware....

Resolved my traffic case with no points assessed. (I already had attended a driving course within a year, so could not take another one to avoid points.)
