The website purports 24 hour service. Now I don't expect a call at 2am but when I have a problem with a case, I'd expect a reply quickly. . That didn't happen. On multiple occurrences. They have a slick operation. But buyer beware....

Slick service to get you to sign up. They put the wrong info on the website of the clerk you need to reach. Guess what - this makes it tricky to find the venue you need to pay when they lose your case... When you're from out of state, this makes it much harder. . Last time using rhino

Lost case. Put inaccurate info on how to deal with ticket. They don't help by putting citation number etc. There's probably countless legal teams who know how to handle this effectively. NOT 24HRS

Last experience was bad. Not only didn't get rid of my ticket but I have to pay everything including court cost $281, and I have to go to school on top. WASTED MY MONEY !!
